Syncloria provides professional cleaning services in Warsaw including:

• Home cleaning services for all types of residences
• Office and commercial cleaning
• Deep cleaning and specialized cleaning services
• Regular maintenance cleaning
• One-time cleaning services
• Move-in and move-out cleaning

3. Service Booking and Scheduling

To book our cleaning services, you may be required to provide contact information. When booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Provide access to the property at scheduled times
• Accept responsibility for all activities during service
• Notify us immediately of any changes or concerns

4. Payment Terms

Payment for cleaning services must be made as agreed. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process. All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and are subject to change with notice.

• One-time services are paid upon completion
• Regular services may be billed monthly
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Service Standards

All cleaning services must adhere to our quality standards:

• Respect client property and privacy
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions
• Maintain professional behavior at all times
• Use cleaning products responsibly and safely
• Report any safety concerns immediately
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated

6. Safety and Liability

Cleaning services involve working in client properties. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Syncloria is not liable for:

• Damage to items not properly secured or protected
• Loss or damage to personal property not disclosed
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues resulting from failure to follow safety instructions

Clients are encouraged to secure valuable items before service.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Cleaning services must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee
• Regular service cancellations require 7 days written notice
• Refunds for unused services are subject to administrative fees
• Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Syncloria and is protected by copyright laws. You may not:
